Hey Girls :)
Well, today I wont to talk about fashion. I rather talk about intimate cleaning.
Many of us use vaginal creams, sprays, soaps and towels scented with the intention of keeping it clean and fragrant, but these products end up damaging the vaginal bacterial flora (destroying the good germs in your vagina and leaving unprotected and smelly) ...
1 - You should NEVER use vaginal creams
It is not healthy for your vagina.
If you realize that there is an unpleasant odor from the vagina, vaginal douche will help you. Try to visit a doctor to examine it.
2 - Avoid perfumed soaps and sprays
If you are cleaning your vagina with scented soaps and sprays, STOP!
They are not good for your vagina. Water and a little soap is all you need. Wash the parts of your vagina with water and your hands. Do not use scented soaps or other solvents into the vagina, they can cause infections, rash and pain.
3 - The vagina hairy is sexy and healthy
Contrary to what many women believe, pubic hair is sexy and more healthy. You can trim a little if you feel it is necessary, but do not shave your vagina. You can stop the folliculitis, you can get ingrown hairs, and it can be very painful.
4 - Visit your gynecologist regularly
Only your doctor can accurately diagnose any problems you may have. If you suspect something, call and make an appointment as soon as possible.
5 - Do not use tight pants often
Your vagina needs to breathe and the use of very tight pants make it harder to breath.
Caution:
• Be gentle! Aggressive washing can damage sensitive tissues of the vagina.
• Use soap, but be careful. Make sure the soap doesn't get in the vagina.
• When you wash yourself, make sure to wash the vagina first an then the anus. Never the contrary, because in this way you avoid cross contamination. Anal germs can cause serious discomfort and / or infection.
• Increase health care whenever you are on your period.
